Once home to Golaski Laboratories founded by groundbreaking textile manufacturer, Walter Golaski, this converted factory boasts glass roll-up garage doors, walls of floor-to-ceiling warehouse windows, and exposed industrial ceilings. With our open concept floor plans, its easy to customize our spaces for your event.
At P4 Hub, you’re welcome to party with up to 300 people, or keep it intimate with just a handful. Our spaces can be transformed from board retreats, into elegant fundraising galas, corporate seminars, or even classroom auditoriums. At P4, the options are endless.

This large and relaxing space is equipped with a hanging fireplace and dozens of comfortable seating areas. The Living Room can be booked on its own, or it can be an add-on to your booking in our Main Event Space so that your guests can flow from one space into the other.

The Dining Lounge
This space is perfect for smaller, more intimate events and dinner parties. Guests can stand in mingle, sit and relax by the large wall of windows, or enjoy a meal together at the dining table. Large room dividers are setup to maintain the privacy of your event.
This space can be opened up to the Living Room if you're looking for one large open space for up to 220 people.

FAQs
🍴 Event Vendors
You can bring in your own vendors, however we require that any outside caterers or bar services vendors show proof of insurance with at least $1 million in coverage. Recommendations for caterers, full-service bars, and event design + decor vendors are available upon request.
🪑 Setup / Breakdown Fee
All bookings include 1 complimentary hour for pre-event setup and 1 complimentary hour for post-event breakdown. Additional setup/breakdown time can be added to your booking for the full hourly rate of the preferred space.
🍷 Alcohol
Must be provided for free or donation. Client cannot charge guests for alcohol. Event clients can supply the alcohol for their event, however all drinks must be served by a licensed bar tender that is approved by P4 Hub. Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol.
☂️ Insurance
Additional insurance is not required to host an event at P4 Hub however client is responsible for ensuring third-party vendors (caterers, bar services) have their own insurance.
🎵 Audio / Visual
AV support is available for a $250 fee and includes projector and screen, two microphones, and live streaming support.

🏃 Child Policy
Children under the age of 12 are only permitted at P4 Hub for events hosted in the Main Event Space. Children under the age of 12 are NOT permitted in The Living Room or Dining Lounge areas. For events hosted in the Main Event Space, children under the age of 12 must remain inside the Main Event Space, and must be under the supervision of an adult at all times. We welcome babies under the age of one, permitting they are under the supervision of an adult at all times.
✨ Decorations
Only free standing decorations are allowed at P4 Hub. The following items are prohibited in decorating and may NOT be used on the property: nails, screws, tacks, staples, tape, glitter, confetti, bubbles, birdseed, fireworks and sparklers. Candles are only permitted if contained in proper globes, cylinders, or floating. No flames are allowed on the premises.
All decorations and flowers are to be removed by the end of the rental period.

Parking lot available for guest parking with approximately 20 spaces. The location is a white building (see photo below) located on the corner of Wayne & Apsley, with the parking lot entrance on Apsley Street.

Shane Nelson is a versatile workforce development professional with expertise in higher education, corporate, and nonprofit sectors. As a learning designer, he has created tailored programs for national corporations and developed initiatives promoting DEI understanding. At the Community College of Philadelphia, Shane established a talent development ecosystem for men of color. As the OneTen partnership manager at DiverseForce, Shane executes initiatives, connects organizations, and drives diversity, equity, and inclusion. Shane holds a B.S. in Psychology from Drexel University, an M.S.Ed. in Higher Education from Syracuse University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Temple University. His research focuses on workforce policy, work-integrated social enterprises, and higher education access.
