Booking Details

5-Hour Booking

Each repast reservation includes 1 hour for setup, 3 hours for your reception, and 1 hour for breakdown. Additional hours can be added upon request.

A Private, Convenient Location for Gathering and Reflection

Located in the Wayne Junction area of Germantown, P4 Hub is easily accessible by train or car—just a short ride from Center City Philadelphia. Our funeral repast location is designed to feel both peaceful and practical, with free parking and accessible entry for all guests.

FAQs

🍴 Event Vendors

You can bring in your own vendors, however we require that any outside caterers or bar services vendors show proof of insurance with at least $1 million in coverage. Recommendations for caterers, full-service bars, and event design + decor vendors are available upon request.

🪑 Length of Reservation

Each repast booking includes a 5-hour reservation: 1 hour for setup, 3 hours for the gathering, and 1 hour for breakdown. Please note that pricing is subject to change based on guest capacity and any requested adjustments to reservation time. (Capacity up to 300 people with Entire Venue booking)

🍷 Alcohol

Alcohol must be provided for free or by donation. Clients may supply alcohol for their event, but drinks must be served by a licensed bartender approved by P4 Hub. Guests may not bring their own alcohol. Clients are responsible for ensuring the bartender vendor has appropriate insurance.

☂️ Insurance

Additional insurance is not required to host an event at P4 Hub however client is responsible for ensuring third-party vendors (caterers, bar services) have their own insurance.

🎵 Audio / Visual

P4 Hub is AV-ready for livestreaming, memory slideshows, or connecting virtual guests.

All Repast Bookings include our Basic A/V Package which comes with use of the projector, screen, and two microphones

Clients may choose to upgrade to our Livestreaming Package which utilizes our state-of-the-art hybrid technology to turn events into an interactive two-way presentation room. 

🚭 Smoking Policy

P4 Hub is a smoke-free venue. No smoking, drug use, or possession of illicit substances is permitted on the property.

🏃 Child Policy

Children are welcome in all spaces during repast receptions but must remain supervised at all times.

✨ Decorations

Only free-standing decorations are allowed. The following are not permitted: nails, screws, tacks, staples, tape, glitter, confetti, bubbles, birdseed, fireworks, or sparklers. Candles are permitted only in secure containers (globes, cylinders, or floating).

All decorations and floral arrangements must be removed by the end of the rental period.

🚗 Parking

Parking lot available for guest parking with approximately 20 spaces. The location is a white building (see photo below) located on the corner of Wayne & Apsley, with the parking lot entrance on Apsley Street. There's also free street parking near our Germantown, Philadelphia event venue.
