Leadership Development Through Board Service
DiverseForce has partnered with the University of Pennsylvania to create DiverseForce on Boards, a board governance and leadership development program for mid-to-senior level professionals of color. We have over 200+ nonprofit matching partners for our program's graduates to explore board service.
By sponsoring emerging leaders of color to participate in our program, we help companies to:
1) integrate diverse leaders into the area's business and civic communities
2) develop an internal pipeline of diverse and inclusive leaders to take on more complex roles
3) retain diverse talent by supporting their professional growth and contribution through causes they care about.
4) enhance your community engagement, goodwill, and employer branding through corporate social responsibility.
